Mrs. Sarah S. Hart of Dothan passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014. She was 93.

 

Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Reverend Ray Jones officiating and Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 P.M. Friday, May 23, 2014. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite charity.

 

Mrs. Hart was born October 30, 1920. She was a graduate of Auburn University and retired from Wallace College in the bookkeeping department.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Cornelius C. Smith and Madge Weatherly Smith, her husband, John C. Hart, sisters, Elizabeth Watson (Wilmer), Jean Latham (Charlie), Marjorie Wood (Jimmy), and brother Charles Smith (Evelyn).

 

Survivors include daughter Sally Cofield (Bill) of Oneonta, AL; sons Andy Hart (Jena) of Dothan; Tommy Hart (Machelle) of Dothan; grandchildren Jenny Stanley (Derek),   Jessica Cofield, Joe Cofield, Michael Hart, Elliot Hart, Davis Hart, Hannah Hart, and several nieces and nephews.
