Ms. Donice Davis passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014, after a brief illness. She was 92.

 

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, February 16, 2014, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Jack Wingate officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday, February 16, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favorite charitable organization.

 

Ms. Davis was born June 21, 1921. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church since 1985.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Davis of 65 years and her parents.

 

Survivors include son, David Davis (Vicki), 2 grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) and Amy Powell (Kelley) and 5 great-grandchildren.
