Patricia Christopher Akey, 60, of Ashford, Alabama, died Monday, December 1, 2014 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

 

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p. m. Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the home of a daughter, Kristian Haddan. A gathering of family and friends will also be at the residence at 6:00 p.m. to celebrate the life of Patricia.

 

She loved spending time with her family but most enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren. She worked as a hairdresser for over twenty years and loved taking care of others.

 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Joann Christopher; a sister, Donna Kay Wilson; a son, Baby Boy Haddan.

 

Sadly, she leaves behind her children, Kristian Ann Haddan and husband Clifford Lee Miller, III; Justin Kyle Haddan and wife Hannah Lea Haddan; grandchildren, Della Ann Johnson, Donavan Kahlil Johnson, Jazlea Claire Haddan and Silea Ann Haddan; three nieces and four nephews; father, Franklin David Carl Christopher; sister, Hope Lynn Worden; brothers, Franklin David Christopher and Birt Lee Christopher; and other loved ones, Terry Gene Haddan, Betty Jean Shade, Judy Gale Castleberry, and Christina Amerda Gordon.

 

She will truly be missed. Heaven has gained another angel.
