Mr. Larry Michael Turner, 69, of Ozark, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 13, 2014.

A memorial service for Mr. Turner will be held at 2:00 P. M. Friday, October 10, 2014, in Chalkhead Baptist Church with Reverend Charles Goldsmith and his brother, Mr. Wayne Turner officiating. For complete information visit; www.HolmanFuneralHome.com

Mr. Turner was born December 23, 1944 in Ozark to the late Archie Mack Turner and Mary Jeanelle Grimes Turner.  He enjoyed all sports, especially Alabama football and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Russell Allen Turner.

Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael Scott Turner (Casey Malon Turner) and granddaughter, Abigail Reann Turner of Colorado, and Howard Cash Turner of California; one sister, Patricia Manwarring of Caryville, Florida; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Wayne and Lynn Turner of Midland City, Creig Turner of Atlanta, Georgia, Joel and Lynda Turner of Knoxville, Tennessee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chalkhead Baptist Church, (Turner Fund), 495 County Road 35, Ozark, Alabama  36360; or to The Wiregrass Gideons, P. O. Box 403, Daleville, Alabama  36322.
