OBITUARY FROM HOLMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATIONS OF OZARK   ~   334‑774‑5348

Mr. Timothy Edward Stevens, of Ozark, formerly of Providence, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016 following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be graveside 11:30 A.M. (CST) Monday, March 14, 2016, in Fort Mitchell National Veterans Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, Alabama. Interment will follow with Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.

Tim was born March 4, 1959 in Providence, Kentucky. Tim is the son of the late Greta Sigler of Providence, KY and Glenn Edward Stevens of Covington, KY.    He has two children, Daniel Stevens of Hanson, KY and Tamara Nicole Stevens Mackey of Sturgis, KY;  two grandchildren,  Ryder and Oakley; two brothers, Tony Stevens of Ozark and Bobby Stevens of Covington, KY; four sisters, Rhonda Stevens of Ozark, Trish Stevens of Newnan, GA, Courtney Stevens and Lindsey Stevens of Covington, KY.  Tim’s family would like to thank Annie Stevens, a very special member of their family, for always being there for Tim.
