OBITUARY FROM HOLMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATIONS OF OZARK   ~   334‑774‑5348


 


Mr. Victor E. Stafford, 71, of the Elamville Community died early Sunday morning, December 7, 2014 in a Dothan Hospital.


Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark. Interment will follow in the Elam Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations directing.  The family will receive friends in the Funeral Home Chapel from Noon Tuesday until service time.


Mr. Stafford was a native of Barbour County where he was engaged in cattle farming.  He was employed by Pea River Electric Cooperative in Ozark for


35 years, retiring in 2005.  He was a member of the Elam Baptist Church.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Wilson Stafford and Louise Victoria Price Stafford; grandchildren, Cliff Marsh, Brooks Marsh and Josh Pynes; and his brother, Jackie Stafford.


He is survived by his wife,  Peggy Senn Stafford of Elamville Community; daughters,  Vicki Stafford Tew  ( Bobby) of Ariton, Tammy Pynes (Bradley) of Ariton,  Terri Sigers (Gerald) of Ariton;  sons,  Steve Marsh (Amanda) of Ariton and Greg Marsh of Ariton;  sisters,  Elnora Austin of Phenix City, AL,  Eurika Scroggins of Montgomery and Mary Louise Wilkerson; grandchildren,  Alicia (Eric) Bradshaw, Amamda (Jeremy) Hagler, Anthony (Sherri) Sigers,  Justin (Alex) Marsh, Ashley Marsh, Trey Sigers,  Victoria Tew,  Aerial Marsh,  Mathew (Becca) Marsh, Conner Tew and Tatum Marsh.  Thirteen great grandchildren also survive.
