OBITUARY FROM HOLMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATIONS OF OZARK   ~   334‑774‑5348

Mrs. Jeannene Walker Wilkinson, 72, of Ozark, died Saturday, August 22, 2015, at her home.  Funeral services will be graveside 11:00 A. M. Tuesday, August 25, 2015, in Sykes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Clio with Reverend Freddie McCain officiating.  Interment will follow with Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.

Mrs. Wilkinson was born March 13, 1943, in Clio, Alabama to the late Marion Broox Walker and Ethel Margaret English Walker.  She grew up in Mobile, Alabama and attended Murphy High School. Later she lived in Pinellas Park, Florida where she worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative.  Mrs. Wilkinson moved back to Clio in 2000 to take care of her aging parents.  She was an avid Alabama football fan.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Robert “Jim” Morehead.

Survivors include her husband, James Daniel “Danny” Wilkinson, Jr. of Ozark; one daughter and son-in-law, Jeanne` and Randy Gates of Dothan; one son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Luann Rosano of Gray, Georgia; four grandchildren, Jonathan Rosano, Kasey Rosano, Michael Gates (Lauren), and Brennan Gates;  and her special pet and friend, Nikki (Lhasa Apso).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Clio United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 67, Clio, Alabama  36017.
