OBITUARY FROM HOLMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATIONS OF OZARK- 774‑774‑5348

Mrs. Verma Lott Willaby, 94, of the Rocky Head Community, died Friday, March 13, 2015, in Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center.  Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Sunday, March 15, 2015, from Rocky Head Baptist Church with Reverend Bill Weed, Reverend Joe Underwood, and Father James Danford officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.  The family will receive friends Sunday at the church one hour prior to service time.  Mrs. Willaby was born January 27, 1921, in New Hope, Alabama to the late Harvey Lincoln Lott and Ethel Shiver Lott.  She was a member of Rocky Head Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Herod Willaby; two sisters and three brothers.  Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bill Danford of Ariton; one son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Sunni Jacobs of Ariton;   nine grandchildren, Traci Himes (Bob), Jamie Danford (Lynn), Josh Danford, John Jacobs (Gwen), Jodi Jacobs, Jon Thornton, Jared Thornton (Sheryl), Kaci Andrews (Butch);  fifteen great grandchildren, Zachary Himes, Madison Andrews, Khaylee Himes, Gus Danford, Bill Danford, Nicholas Danford, Amanda Rust, Chloe Thornton, Jadyn Thornton, Jordan Jacobs, Presley Thornton, Averi Andrews, Josh Jacobs, Scout Thornton, Grace Jacobs, Emerson Thornton;  one great-great grandchild, Peyton Rust; one sister, Norma Virag of Dothan; two brothers, Billy Lott of Slidell, LA and H. L.
