Patricia R. Welch

 

          Mrs. Patricia R. Welch of Enterprise, AL passed away Friday, July 19, 2013 peacefully at home.  She was 85.

          A graveside memorial and inurnment service will be held at a later date at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Nelsonville, OH.

          Mrs. Welch was born on December 1, 1927 in Nelsonville, OH to the late Francis and Helen (Hammond) Murphy.  After graduation from Nelsonville High School, she was a long time resident of Reynoldsburg, OH.  She moved to Enterprise, AL in 2007.  She was a member of the Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Willis J. Welch; son, Timothy J. Welch; brothers, Conrad and Thomas Murphy and sister, Martha Skiver.

          She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Thomas Barrett of Enterprise, AL; grandchildren, Jack Singerman of Columbus, OH, Gary Fagan of Tampa, FL, Robert Welch of Scottown, OH and Patricia Welch of Huntington, WV;  also surviving are niece Barbara Murphy; nephew Frank Murphy; brother-in-law, Jack Skiver; sister-in-law, Melanie Murphy and several cousins.
