Mr. Randall Sykes, age 61, a resident of Midland City died early Friday, August 26, 2016 at his residence after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday August 29, 2016 at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Adam Habbard officiating.  Burial will follow in the Beulah Church Cemetery with Kendall Glover directing.
The family will be receiving friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday August 28, 2016 at the Glover Funeral Home.  Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the family.
Mr. Sykes was born on May 2, 1955 in Houston County.  He was a member of Pleasant Plains Baptist Church near Ashford and was disabled all of his lifetime. 
He was preceded in death by parents; 2 sisters, Verna Mae Johnson, Betty Bullock; 1 brother, Aaron Gilley.
Survivors include: wife of 29 years, Bonnie Scott Sykes, Dothan; sister, Alice Nicholson, Dothan; brother, Melvin Gilley, Dawson, Ga.; several nieces & nephews.
Pallbearers will be: Justin Scott, James Rollins, Andrew Hurley, Jesse Scott, Steve Blackmon and Lyn Bullock.
