Rendie Lewis of Geneva, AL passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016. She was 87.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until service time. The family request that flowers be omitted.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Holmes County, FL on January 7, 1929 to the late Andrew and Ola Stewart Clark. Mrs. Lewis was a loving mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. She loved for her family to come by and visit with her. Mrs. Lewis loved the Lord with all her heart, you always knew where she stood when it came to the Lord.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Donald Lewis; one granddaughter, April Lewis; two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by two sons; Gary Lewis (Cindy) and Kenneth Lewis (Pat) all of Geneva, AL; two grandchildren, Matthew (Jennifer) and Patrick Lewis; special nieces and caregivers, Carolyn Mayhair and Linda Brown; and a host of special nieces, nephews.
