Obituary:  Rev. Bernard Milford Judy, Jr. 

Rev. Bernard Milford Judy, Jr. of Cottonwood passed away Monday, February 11, 2013 at his home.  He was 72.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 15, in Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until service time. 

Rev. Judy was born on October 2, 1940 in Oakland, Maryland to the late Bernard Milford Judy, Sr. and Nettie Judy. 

His survivors include his two sons: Zechariah Judy (and his wife Laci) of Dothan and Joshua Judy of Cottonwood, Al; Jeremiah Judy of Silver Spring, MD; his daughter Karen Moody of Westminster, MD; step-daughter Eraina LaReau of Dothan; grandchildren Rex and Benjamin Judy; and Kiara Moody.  Also his brother Richard Judy of Silver Spring, Md and sisters Nancy Johnson of Irvine, CA and Mary Esther Judy of Galway, Ireland.
