HEADLAND. . . Reymundo Carrazco Casillas, a resident of Henry County, between Headland & Abbeville, died early Thursday morning, February 9, 2017, in a Dothan hospital. He was 36.

            A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday, February 13, 2017, in the St. Columba Catholic Church with Father Padre Rigoberto officiating. Burial will follow in the Abbeville Memorial Cemetery-East. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M. Sunday with a Rosary following the visitation at the mortuary in Abbeville.  

            Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3054 McGehee Road, Montgomery, AL 36111.

            Reymundo Casillas was born in De Tamazula, Mexico and moved to the United States in 1997. He was a member of the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Eufaula. Reymundo was employed by Qualico Steel as a welder.

            Surviving relatives include a son, Gustavo Carrazco, Dothan; his parents, Reymundo Carrazco Lopez and Maria de Los Angeles Casillas Torres, Headland; three sisters, Bertha Alicia Carrazco, Headland; Griselda Carrazco, Abbeville; and Maria de Lourdes, Headland; four brothers, Ignacio Carrazco, Harristown, MD; Armando Carrazco, Dothan; Alfredo Carrazco, Abbeville; and Fernando Carrazco, Headland; the mother of his son, Asucena Facundo, Dothan.
