Mr. Ronald Emmett Spencer, age 77, of Dothan passed away March 30, 2015.

 

Born October 19, 1937 in Marion, Indiana to the late Emmett and Florence Wright Spencer, Mr. Spencer attended Highland Park United Methodist Church. He enjoyed planting a garden every spring and loved to fish.

 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Spencer is preceded in death by his son, Robert Spencer and his sister, Patricia Hosier.

 

He is survived by his wife, Janet Holloway Spencer; a brother, Rex (Dawn) Spencer; grandsons, Brian Holler and Randy (Heather) Holler; great-grandson, Cameron Holler; a special niece, Beth (Keith) Truesdel; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 

Memorial services will be held at a 2 PM, April 12, 2015 at Highland Park United Methodist Church with Reverend Clint McBroom officiating.
