Rosie Annette Evans Cooper of Elba, AL passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 in Southeast Medical Center. She was 66.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Enterprise Bible Methodist Church with Rev. Rinnie Evans officiating.

Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her husband, Houston Cooper.

Survivors include daughters Tammy Annette Munsey (Michael) Elba, AL; Mary Louise Cooper, Apopka, FL; son, John Daniel Cooper (Gina) Elba, AL; sisters, Audrey Madison; Mavis Long; Rita Tipton; brothers, Rinnie Evans; Jimmy Evans; Timmy Evans; seven grandchildren.
