Sarah Delorese Clark, 78, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at her home.  She was born  at Chunky, Mississippi, attended public school in Hickory, Mississippi, and married Walter Clark on April 15, 1951.  Delorese was a resident of Enterprise, Alabama since 1971.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She was active in the Flower Lovers Garden Club of Enterprise for a number of years.  Her true loves were all the members of her family, with her great-granddaughter being the highlight of her latter years, who brought her unbounded joy.


             Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Joseph Stanley Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 26th at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to:  DaySpring Hospice, PO Box 311246, Enterprise, AL 36331


            Delorese was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Katie Lee Tisdale, her sister, Dorothy (Tisdale) Snowden, and her brother, Harold Tisdale.


            Survivors include her husband, Joseph Walter Clark, Enterprise, AL; son, Keith (Sandy) Clark, Orange Beach, AL; daughter, Kay (Greg) Blanchard, Panama City Beach, FL; grandsons, David Howell, Juneau, AK, and Zachary (Kathryn) Howell; granddaughter, Dixie Lee (Danny) Alford; great-granddaughter, Capri Alford, all of Panama City Beach, FL; sister-in-law, Claudia Tisdale, Jackson, MS; brother-in-law, Leonard (Bama) Clark, Moselle, MS; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and cousins-in-law.   


             The family wishes to offer sincere thanks to the staff and volunteers of DaySpring Hospice organization.  They provided efficient, loving care and attention during the final days.  Special appreciation is extended to Erica and Belinda.
