Mr. Scott Anthony Casper, age 55, of Dothan died of a heart attack on Thursday, September 4, 2014.

Mr. Casper was born July 28, 1959 in Pensacola FL, to Charles and Mattie Casper. Formerly of Taylor, S.C., Mr. Casper was a very giving person who had a great love for people, dogs, and laughter. His passion for horticulture combined with an education in marketing led to a career for many years with American Farms out of Naples, FL and other horticulture companies. Mr. Casper graduated from the University of S.C. with a degree in marketing. He had a special pet boxer, Parker.

Survivors include his parents, Charles and Mattie Casper; his brother Mark Casper; his sister Linda (Hal) Black; his nieces Halley Manett and Nicole Casper and his nephew, Dawson Black.

Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday, September 8, 2014 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.
