SFC (Ret) Ronnie Lee “Papaw”Braden,  age 74, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Monday, April 29, 2013 in Medical Center Enterprise.

        Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 2^nd at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with a military chaplain officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with full military honors.  The family will receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 9:00 A.M. until service time.

        Mr. Braden moved to Enterprise in 1975, retired in 1978 from the U. S. Army with the rank of SFC, E-7 and retired from AFS in 2009.  Papaw Braden enjoyed hunting, fishing and telling war stories to his grandchildren.

        Mr. Braden was preceded in death by a son, Richard Lee Braden.

        Survivors include his wife, Willa Jean Braden, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Penny Braden Dooley and fiancé, Martin D. Hardy, Enterprise, AL; grandchildren, Eric Lee Braden and wife, Jasmine M.; Amanda Jean Braden; Michael Vincent Dooley; Christopher Jason Dooley and fiancé, Kelli Lyn Presley; Wendell James Dooley; Stephanie Daniele Dooley; great-grandchildren, Dakota ReAnn Williams; Leia Elizabeth Braden; Isaiah Christopher Kindle; Baylee Ann Braden.
