Shane Wilson Meek of Elba, AL, passed away Friday, May 17, 2013, at Hartford Health Care.  He was 49.

Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Elba United Methodist Church with Rev. Stanley Carter officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 1:30 PM until service time.

Shane was a 1982 graduate of Elba High School and a member of Ham United Methodist Church.

Survivors include daughter, Kati Joyce Meek, Crestview, FL; son, Chase Wilson Meek, Milton, FL; mother, Patsy Meek, Elba, AL; brother, William Patrick Meek (Deana), Pensacola, FL; niece, Emily Elizabeth Meek, Fairhope, AL.
