Sharon Broxton Ziemba of Geneva, AL passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016. She was 63.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2016 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with the Rev. J. Robert McMicken officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, beginning at 12:00 p.m. and continuing until service time.

Mrs. Ziemba was born in Opp, AL on March 11, 1953 to the late Horace Monroe and Mattie Sue Huggins Broxton. Sharon enjoyed the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons, especially decorating for the enjoyment of her grandchildren. She enjoyed the beauty of her flower gardens. She was a member of Devco Baptist Church where she played the organ for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Joseph Ziemba of Geneva, AL; two sons, Scott McCoy (Traci) of Samson, AL, Brad McCoy (Haley) of Geneva, AL; five grandchildren, Hunter, Haden, and Halli McCoy all of Samson, AL, Aden Seay, and Layla McCoy both of Geneva, AL; one sister, Lorree Crawford of Graceville, FL; two brothers, Mark Broxton of Chipley, FL, and Sonny Broxton of Geneva, AL; several nieces and nephews.
