SHARON  MAE  CARTER

 

NEWVILLE…Sharon Mae Carter, a resident of Newville, died Thursday, February 13, 2014, at her home.  She was 68.

            Celebration of Life services will be held Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. in the Sylvan Grove United Methodist Church, near Midland City, with Dr. Jerry M. Dooling officiating.  Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

 Memorial contributions may be made to Sylvan Grove United Methodist Church, c/o Wyndle Enfinger, 3991 County Road 73, Midland City, Alabama, 36350.

Mrs. Carter, daughter of the late Frank A. Randall and Marjorie Cleo Bowers Randall, was a native of Champagne County, Ohio.  She moved to Headland in 2008 before moving to Newville in 2013.  Mrs. Carter was formerly employed by the Burdeshaw-Solomon Senior Center in Headland and was a member of the Sylvan Grove United Methodist Church.
