Staff Sargeant E7 (Ret.) Robert E. Hinton, age 80, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at his home.

Services are not scheduled at this time.

Sargent Hinton was a 20 year veteran of the U. S. Army and served three tours of Vietnam in special forces and the Green Beret.

He was a loving husband and the father of three daughters.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Annis Hinton; daughters, Elizabeth Roach; Heidi Hinton; Rebecca Hinton.
