Stacy Nolan Driskell, a resident of Wicksburg, passed away February 1, 2015 at the Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.


Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Pilgrim Home Baptist Church, Wicksburg. Minister Scott Cox will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home of Hartford. Visitation will be Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 6pm to 8pm at Pilgrim Home Baptist Church.


Flowers will be accepted.



Mr. Driskell was born in Dothan, Alabama on February 2, 1953, the son of the late Bill and Marjorie Holland Driskell of Wicksburg. Following graduation from Wicksburg High School, he farmed, raised cattle and did some long haul trucking as his life’s work. He was a member of Pilgrim Home Baptist Church.



Survivors include his son and daughter, Tracy Driskell of Taylor and Natalie (Lyn) Daughtry, Wicksburg. His brother, Connel (Kay) Driskell, and sister, Debra (Bill) Owen, of Wicksburg. Seven grandchildren, Jackson Daughtry, Jeremiah Daughtry, Jasmine Daughtry, Michael Driskell, Gracie Driskell, Levi Driskell and Kristen Driskell. Aunts, Miriam Ryland, Hartford and Lizzie Hubbard, Wicksburg. Nephews, Ronnie (Michelle) Driskell, Gene Driskell. Nieces, Kayce (Christopher) Carey and Kristen Owen, as well as many great nieces, nephews and cousins.



Pall Bearers will be Craig Holland, Clay Holland, Gene Driskell, Ronnie Driskell, Charlie Evans and Michael Driskell.
