Vo-Tech in Chipley, FL .  He worked at Washington Correctional Institution, Washington Co., FL for five years.  Stephen later worked for the Glass Center in Panama City Beach for six years as Field Service Engineer Superintendent and eventually started his own construction company until his retirement.

Steve, as loving called by his wife Renae, loved to bass fish with his bass club buddies.  He enjoyed staying at the lake for a week at a time in cabins and taking his bass boat out on the lake.  One of his favorite trips was a week-long houseboat trip with his wife on Lake Cumberland, KY.  The entire family enjoyed time together at the lake with fishing and being outdoors.  Steve was so handy around the house and recently completely remodeled his home.  He picked up the guitar as a teenager, loving rock n’roll, and continued playing for many years adding country music to his repertoire.  He participated in 2 local bands, Southern Axxent and End to End.  His family and friends will miss him greatly.
