Mrs. Sue Hundley Poss of Enterprise passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014.  She was 86.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2014 at Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Enterprise with Reverend Larry Doster officiating.  Burial will follow at Grace Place (Salem Baptist) Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday beginning at 2:00 and continuing until service time.

Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the Lee Street Baptist Church Building Fund, 630 East Lee Street, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Mrs. Poss was born January 9, 1928 in Coffee County to the late Gilford and Minnie Pearle Hutto Pope.  She was a faithful member of Lee Street Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Hundley; 4 brothers: Melvin Pope, Ben Pope, Paul Pope, and Mark Pope; and 2 sisters: Jerrie Davis and Polly Pope.

Survivors include her husband, Allison R. Poss of Enterprise; daughter, Gayle Kennedy (Dr. Richard) of Midland City; son, Rives Poss (Judy) of Enterprise; 2 grandchildren: Heather Hartfield (Matthew) and Bridget Leslie (Samuel); 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Janet Childs (Daniel) of Clinton, TN; and brother, Dan Pope (Charlotte) of Fortson, GA.
