Travis Earl Perry of Enterprise, died early Friday morning, April 24, 2015 at his home. He was 26.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 Wednesday prior to service time.

Travis lived life to the fullest and harbored no prejudices.

He is survived by his parents, Larry and Debra Perry of Ozark; a special friend, Katie Smith; two brothers and two sisters, Jesse Wayne Perry of Boaz, Laura Michelle Bush, Joyce Elaine Perry and Vincent Edward Perry, all of Ozark; two nieces and two nephews and his grandmother, Johnnie Perry of Ozark.
