Warren David Brookins, Jr. of Skipperville  passed away Monday, August 4, 2014 in Ozark.  He was 39 years of age.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, August 7, 2014 in the chapel at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Mackenzie officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday one hour prior to the service.

David was born March 6, 1975 in Albany, Ga.  He was preceded in death by his father, Warren David Brookins, Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Evelyn Brookins of Skipperville; his son and daughter, Ben Brookins and Holly Brookins, both of Ozark; his mother and step-father, Janet and Rick Thrasher of Ozark; his brother, Tim (Vera) Brookins of Skipperville; two sisters, Jamie (Sean) Duke and Jodie Duke, both of Ozark; his grandmother, Ann Worsham of Blakely, Ga.; also surviving are several aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.
