William Elder Lisenby, age 76, born September 6, 1937, of Level Plains, AL, passed away, Friday, September 05, 2014 in a Dothan Hospital.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00 P.M., Monday, September 8, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Level Plains with Rev. Mike Foreman officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Level Plains, 8189 Dale County 1, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Mr. Lisenby graduated from Enterprise High School in 1956.

Mr. Lisenby was preceded in death by his father, Elder Lisenby, mother, Mary Emma Mills, brothers, Buddy Lisenby and Mack Lisenby.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Ann Lisenby, Level Plains, AL; children, Terrie Lisenby (Charlotte) Ocala, FL; Darlene Lisenby Jones, Dothan, AL; Charlene Lisenby Chambers (Joseph Tony) Grady, AL; Lori Dalrymple King (Patrick) Enterprise, AL; James Stephen Dalrymple, Pascagoula, MS; Kathi Dalrymple Strickland (James P.) Enterprise, AL; Rebecca Austin, Opp, AL; Rachel Austin Barman (Cliff) Honolulu, HW; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brothers, Charles Edward Mills (Marie) Byram, MS; Roger Dale Lisenby (Cathy) Dothan, AL.
