Dear Elected Leader,We, the people of the United States, are in charge...NOT YOU and your cronies. Now that I have your attention, let me explain a few things to you.1.You are not better than the people who put you in office. You do not deserve a special benefits package; certainly not one that is better than the men and women who serve this nation in the armed forces. THEY actually put their lives on the line and perform useful services like protecting our freedom. What do you do?2.Your retirement package should not begin after a mere two years in office. If it takes 20 years (or more now) for our military members, then you do not deserve anything better.- continued
