Headland Elementary Kindergarten Registration for 2013-2014 School Year!Friday, March 22, 20138:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.You MUST provide the following information to register:1. Bring your child who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2013.2. Current Blue Immunization Certificate including chicken pox vaccine.3. Birth Certificate – NO Hospital Records!4. Social Security Card – we must make a copy to file.5. Legal documents pertaining to guardianship or custody papers. 6. Proof of address (utility bill or water bill) or Tuition*7. At least 4 current working telephone numbers with names for emergency contacts 8. $15.00 for Kindergarten book bag.
