SDAA will be taking T-Ball, ba seball and Softball registrations as follows:REGISTRATION FEES: 3-6 YEAR OLD $35.00 PER CHILD 7-8 YEAR OLD $45.00 PER CHILD 9-10 YEAR OLD $50.00 PER CHILD 11-12 YEAR OLD $50.00 PER CHILD 13-15 YEAR OLD $65.00 PER CHILD*2015 SDAA will offer 3-4 year old t-ball (Boys & Girls), 5-6 year old Rookie (Boys & Girls), 5-6 year old Sweeties (Girls) and 15U Boys ba seball. (Subject to change depending upon participation)**All applications will be complete, to include application (completed), birth certificate on file, and registration fee paid in full. (CASH ONLY-NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED) No exceptations! ! !Registrations will be held at Midland City Ball Park, Concession Stand on: Saturday, Jan 17th, 24th, 31st& Feb. 7th, 2015 10:00 AM-1:00 PMAny registrations accepted after these dates will be charged a $10.00 Late Fee
