DOTHAN:    Dothan 911 dispatched a edged weapon assault. The victim is at 1230 Westgate Parkway, Basket of Cheer. 

A victim is on Westgate Parkway with an abdominal edged weapon assault injury.

The suspect is a hispanic female. The female is believed to be at Rock Creek Apartments. Dothan Police responded to both places, Basket of Cheer and Rock Creek Apartments.

UNCONFIRMED by law enforcement at this time if the edged weapon assault occurred at Rock Creek Apartments or Basket of Cheer. It is possible the victim went through the woods and to Basket of Cheer.

Dothan Police looked at Rock Creek Apartments for the female suspect and behind the Hobby Lobby - Home Depot, Country Inns and Suites attempt to locate the suspect female. As of 00:37 AM she has not been located.

The victim and suspect are husband and wife. ( better learn, when she raises her voice it is then time for the mind to tell the feet to RUN!!! - just sayin' ).

The victim of the edged weapon assault refused transport to a medical facility. Dothan Fire and EMS returned to service.
