DALE COUNTY:      At 4:34 AM Ozark- Dale County 911 dispatched a single vehicle accident.

The location of the accident is County Road 33 and County Road 68.

The person reporting to 911 reported a single vehicle accident, roll over with ejection.

SCHO Fire - EMS responded, Dale County Sheriff Department and ALEA Troopers.

The injuries are listed as serious/critical injuries.

UPDATED @ 1:29 PM SUNDAY

The victim was pronounced dead on the scene by Dale County Deputy Coroner John Cawley.

Dale County Coroner Woody Hildbolt confirmed the victim of the crash, while sustaining injuries in the accident, does not appear to have died from those injuries.

Coroner Hildbolt identified the deceased as 24 year old Kendall S. Foster.

The Honorable Kirke Adams, District Attorney for the 33rd Judicial Circuit ( Dale and Geneva Counties ) has directed the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences to conduct an autopsy.

Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum said this is a joint investigation between ALEA - Troopers and Dale County Sheriff Criminal Investigation.

Coroner Hilboldt said that his office, ALEA - Troopers, Dale County Sheriff Office or the 33rd Judicial District Attorney will release more information following the examination by Alabama Department of Forensic sciences.
