DOTHAN: ON Tuesday there was a firearm assault on South Oates Street in Dothan. Houston County Sheriff Patrol Lieutenant Brandon Simmons drove up on the firearm assault victim on South Oates Street and Gaines Street.
The alleged shooter we have learned has hired Attorney Billy Joe Sheffield and expected to turn himself into Dothan Police Department today.
Dothan Police is expected to charge the man with attempted murder. The investigation continues.
