OZARK: At about 9:30 PM tonight Ozark Police were involved in a pursuit. The chase was described as a "high speed pursuit".
The chase was initiated on Camilla Avenue.
Reports are the passenger was thrown or jumped from the vehicle on College Avenue. The vehicle pursuit continued by turning at the Wells Fargo then on Hull Street. Then a right on MLK Towards Roy Parker Road.
The vehicle struck a house, no injuries, at Pecan and Debra Street where the suspect bailed on foot and Ozark Police gave chase then on foot.
The subject was taken into custody.
Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson is very nice. He leaves the light on at the Dale County Jail.
