HOUSTON COUNTY:     10:58 PM.     Houston County Sheriff 911 issued a BOLO on a white vehicle traveling west in the eastbound lane of traffic approaching Ashford.


Ashford Police Officer Larry Flowers quickly spotted the vehicle and began pursuit but from the correct lane of traffic.


Houston County Sheriff Deputy Samantha Floyd was west of the vehicle pursuit. Deputy Floyd blocked the lanes and between Ashford Officer Flowers and Deputy Floyd was able to apprehend the suspect and get them stopped.

The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody for DUI.  Also illegal drugs were found.


Subject was transported to Houston County Jail.
