DOTHAN:     The Dothan Mayor Mark Saliba and the six ASSociate Dothan Commissioners will call to order at 10 AM CST in the Roy Diggers Municipal Building AKA Dothan Civic Center.

The meeting will open by Dothan Personnel Director, Delvil McKay, giving the invocation.

Dothan ASSociate Commissioner Kevin Dorsey will give the Pledge of the United States of America Flag.

The Honorable Mark Saliba, Mayor of the City of Dothan will issue a roll call of all ASSociate Commissioners present or absent.

The Dothan Mayor and ASSociate Commissioners will then adjourn to an Executive Session to discuss a real estate mattter.

THE HOUSTON COUNTY FARM CENTER PURCHASE

The next item reads Adjournment.

HOWEVER, the $ 200,000.00 a year ( off every Friday to leave for the beach by noon ) City Managemenr forgot what goes above ADJOURMENT.

And that is "reconvene following Executive Session". 

By law the Mayor and 6 ASSociate Commissioners are required to reconvene and the Honorable Mayor Mark Saliba is suppose to say " No Official Action was taken during Executive Session". Are there any motions.

If any motions they vote, if not they adjourn.

The City Manager and City Attorney are still in shell shock from the commission meeting they were hit with ASSociate Commissioner 4 x 8 poles up side the head.
