DOTHAN:  Dothan Fire and Dothan Police responded to a report of a person being struck at North St Andrews and East Powell.


The subject was up walking around and taking photos when the fire department arrived. The subject advised he didn't want to go to the hospital by ambulance so Pilcher's was released and Dothan Fire returned to service.


The incident is under investigation by the Dothan Police Department.
