1:22 PM Pedestrian Struck on September 12 Passed Away This Morning

DOTHAN:    On September 12th Dothan 911 dispatched Police - Fire - EMS to a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle in the 2800 block of Ross Clark Circle.

Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance transported the pedestrian to Southeast Health, trauma alert, emergency. A Dothan Police Officer placed a tourniquet on the accident victim as Dothan Fire arrived in efforts to save the life of the accident pedestrian.


Sadly this morning we announce the pedestrian that was struck, Lance Creel, born in 1975, passed away from the injuries received in the accident.


The accident was investigated by Dothan Police Department Crash Team, Watson and Wells, was in charge of the accident investigation.


Thoughts and Prayers lifted to the family of the accident victim.
