DOTHAN: 2:21 PM Dothan Police made an arrest of one or more persons on East Newton Street at the Bee Line.
Dothan Police called for Dothan Fire and EMS because the person arrested was hyperventilating.
At the time of this article RSN knows one person arrested and what for but does know the other person. And at the time of this writing does not know which person EMS was called to.
When Dothan Fire arrived and checked the patient the fire returned to service. It was reported the patient was have an allergic reaction to handcuffs.
No treatment by EMS and handcuffs continue to the Steve Parrish Inn AKA Dothan City Jail.
