HOUSTON COUNTY:   At 4:04 PM I called Houston County Commission in an effort to get the bids on the radio system. Those were still not provided.


THESE QUESTIONS OR HONESTY QUESTIONS ARE NOT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VENDOR


IF IT IS WHO I THINK I DO NOT QUESTION HIS CHARACTER OR ABILITY IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, FORM OR FASHION


The questions surround the Houston County Commission, especially Commissioner Ricky Herring. Why am I focused on Commissioner Ricky Herring? He preaches honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability.


That did not happen in the radio system bid on the part of Houston County. Not the vendor but Houston County.


Commissioner Herring poses he is honest. Yet he wanted to whip a 73 year old man's ass because he asked questions at a county commission meeting. He orchestrated this 73 year old man's civil rights from being able to attend the county commission meetings. Herring said " I AM TRYING". Yet he professes honesty, integrity, accountability, transparency.


What is transparent is that Houston County Commissioner Ricky Herring, both as a Houston County Commissioner and a Houston County Deputy Sheriff would attempt to push a 73 year man into a action that would allow Herring to hit him and arrest him.



I DARE HERRING TO SAY I AM WRONG


What is even more sad, Houston County Commission Chairman Mark Culver was part of the conversation but not the comments like Herring. And Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza has not called for an investigation into the allegations.


Herring, a Supervisor in the Houston County Sheriff Department, this a serious allegation. And he should not be allowed to continue as a law enforcement officer or a county commissioner.


But as in everything, they ignore the message and are critical of the messenger.


BUT, if Herring is in a position of use of force, rest assured this proof is in multiple copies and locations.


I am aware of the fact they do not like me. I am aware they would love to take me out. And so be it. But it is dangerous a law enforcement officer who "pretends" he is one thing would plot and try to provoke a 73 year man so he could act in a violent manner towards him.
