ASHFORD - COWARTS - HOUSTON COUNTY:    6:54 PM.   Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Houston County Sheriff Deputies, Ashford Fire Department and Webb Volunteer Fire Department to reports of a structure fire.


The location was 362 Freddie Whiddon Road, Lot 28, Cowarts Triple J Trailer Park.


Houston County Sheriff 911 reported to responding units the fire was a stove on fire.


Ashford Fire Chief Jimmy Posey was first on the scene. Shortly after on the scene Chief Posey cancelled all responding units, the fire was under control, a issue with the stove.


At 7:09 PM Chief Posey returned to service, all responding fire units cancelled and responding Houston County Sheriff Deputies were cancelled.
