DALE COUNTY - HENRY COUNTY: Ozark - Dale County 911 dispatched Dale County Sheriff Deputies to a domestic in progress at 14193 East Highway 27.
The call was upgraded to a Domestic in progress with a male in the background yelling. A possible gunshot wound was dispatched.
Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum spotted the suspect as he fled the scene. The subject failed to yield to the emergency lights and siren of Chief Bynum. He put the pedal to the medal.
Chief Bynum said the chase continued on Highway 27 from Dale County towards Henry County. The chase had speeds of 90 miles per hour To 100 miles per hour.
Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson ordered the Dale County Sheriff pilots to get airborne.
The subject fleeing from Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum wrecked and Highway 27 and Henry County 89. Reports are the vehicle flipped.
Multiple law enforcement officers are on the scene. ECHO EMS is on the scene.
Dale County Sheriff Deputies are investigating and the patient is being treated. Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson said it is to early to comment on the exact details at this time.
