DOTHAN:      7:59 PM.   Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police, Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance to a firearm assault at 2233 Westgate Parkway. This is Eastgate Village Apartments.


Reports to Dothan 911 a male subject received a gunshot wound to the stomach.


On arrival of Dothan Police a Dothan Police Patrol Officer placed a chest seal over the gunshot wound.


Pilcher Ambulance arrived at 8:04 pm. By 8:07 PM Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance had the patient in the ambulance transporting trauma alert to a Dothan Hospital.


Dothan Police are on the scene investigating. Dothan Police Criminal Investigation Division is responding to both the scene and the hospital.
