DOTHAN: 9:05 PM Dothan Police Patrol saw two cars on Ross Clark Circle and could detect something was going on that just was not right.
The officer activated his emergency lights and siren. The cars continued.
One vehicle blew through the traffic light at Choctaw and Ross Clark Circle. The officer called in pursuit. The other vehicle called 911.
The officer continued in pursuit reaching speeds to 79 miles per hour. The chase continued through Montgomery Highway and Ross Clark Circle to Denton Road and Ross Clark Circle.
When the vehicle reached Denton Road and Ross Clark Circle the suspect vehicle turned north on Denton Road. When the vehicle reached Murray Road the vehicle turned right and turned into Eagle Ridge Apartments.
The driver was taken into custody. A officer met the other party at another location.
Dothan Police Officers conducting a search of the vehicle which they chased and some drugs were found.
The male subject is being arrested. Dothan Police are sorting the circumstsances out.
This was a incident between babies momma and babies daddy.
