DOTHAN - HOUSTON COUNTY - COTTONWOOD: Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Fire - Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Police to a medical emergency - person not breathing and person calling refused CPR. Time of the call was 9:15 PM. When emergency units arrived they reported death in the field.
Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Hodgesville Volunteer Fire, Rehobeth Volunteer Fire, Pilcher Ambulance and Houston County Sheriff Deputies to a medical emergency, person not breathing, person calling refusing CPR. Houston County Sheriff Deputies Samantha Arias and Deputy Jeff Hunter were within seconds of the call when dispatched and were first on the scene. Closely following were Beau Deathridge of Hodgesville Volunteer Fire Department and Rehobeth Volunteer Fire Chief Nick Floyd. When Deputies arrived they cancelled emergency unit response reporting death in the field. Time of dispatched call was 9:15 PM.
At 9:25 PM Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Cottonwood Volunteer Fire, Cottonwood EMS, Cottonwood Police Justin Pearson, and Lovetown Volunteer Fire to a smoke order at 11728 Cottonwood Road. The person reporting smells smoke in the kitchen. The first arriving fireman was Trenton Hall, followed shortly thereafter by other fireman to include Chief Randy Hall, Tony Westbrook, Paul Hughes and Justin Pearson - a double role as police and fire. On Cottonwood EMS weer Rhonda Thomley and Bobby Seals.
After investigation Trenton Hall had responding units downgrade response.
At busy ten minutes for 911 Centers and responder.
