EUFAULA: 9:42 PM. Eufaula 911 dispatched Eufaula Police and Eufaula Fire - Rescue to a vehicle verses pedestrian accident, Highway 431 in Eufaula in front of Winn Dixie.
When emergency units arrived on the scene the pedestrian was deceased.
Barbour County Coroner Chip Chapman was dispatched to the scene where the victim was pronounced dead. The deceased is identified as James Flemming.
Eufaula Police is in charge of the accident investigation.
