MIDLAND CITY:    9:48 PM.     MIDLAND CITY POLICE requested emergency backup assistance in reference to unruly juvenile.


ALEA - Troopers, Dale County Sheriff Deputies, Pinckard Police and other agencies rolled emergency until units arrived and reported all under control.
