DOTHAN: Dothan 911 Center dispatched Dothan Police - Dothan Fire - and EMS Haisten Jenkins and Adam Owens to a working structure fire on Fairlane Drive.
Dothan Police Officer Hunter was the first police officer to arrive. Officer Hunter removed two residents from the back of the residence.
Dothan Police reported to the 911 Center and responding fire units this was a working structure fire, smoke and flames visible.
Dothan Fire was quick to make an aggressive attack.
As you watch the video you will see Dothan Fireman enter a window into the residence checking for anyone inside. After the check and fireman exits another area search was conducted and finally a "all clear" which means no one is inside the residence.
A very aggressive attack and the fire was brought under control.
Dothan Fire Deputy Chief Chris Etheredge was on the scene. Dothan Police Patrol Sgt. Rice was on the scene. Dothan Fire Prevention Investigator responded to investigate the cause of the fire.
EMS Units Haisten Jenkins, a Dothan Fireman and Adam Owens watched over the fireman and helped make liquids in order to keep the fireman hydrated.
