HENRY COUNTY:    This is a notice to the Henry County Commission Chairman / Probate Judge David Money and members of the Henry County Commission:

SOME OF YOU ARE UP FOR ELECTION IN 2022

You are about to approve the budget for 2021/2022. You made promises to the Henry County Sheriff Deputies in a open meeting.

You made promises concerning Deputy Sheriff positions if there was one dispatch.  ( I HAVE TAPES !!! ).

Beginning October 1 there is one dispatch for $ 90,000.00 a year rather than                  $ 250,000.00. You said when the Sheriff Department filled the 5 vacancies you would approve the two additional requests.

Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox stepped up to the plate of funding the raises from the Sheriff fund. It is wrong to make the Sheriff do it for 2021/2022 entire year and was not the way I understood it first. When passed I asked for clarification and the commission did say the entire year 2021/2022.

Personally I think you are doing the Sheriff Department wrong on that issue, but be that as it may.

But the Sheriff Department is asking for the two additional deputies. The five have been filled and it is expected in the new budget you approve the two additional. If you don’t,  then your word means nothing and just political lies. ( I HAVE TAPES ).

Watching in the upcoming budget meetings to see if each of you stand by what you have promised.

I AM WATCHING! 

BY THE WAY … Unless there is a tie between the Commissioners, folks understand, the Chairman / Probate Judge CAN NOT make a motion and can only vote in the event of a tie. So being truthful is only on the Commissioners and NOT ANY OTHER PERSON.
